Refund and Cancellation Policy for Virtual Services

We have a 7-day return and cancellation policy for virtual goods and services, which means you have 7 days after registering for a workshop or purchasing a service to request a cancellation and refund.

After the 7-day window, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation within the eligible timeframe:

• Provide details of the service or workshop you would like to cancel.

If your request is approved, we’ll process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

If you encounter any issues with our virtual goods or services, such as technical difficulties accessing the workshop or incorrect registration details, please contact us immediately at admin@dellace.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Cancellable Services

Certain types of services are not eligible for cancellation or refund, including:

• Services that have already been rendered or accessed.
• Workshops or programs that have commenced.
• Custom or personalized services.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For services sold to customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of registration if the service has not been rendered or accessed. Proof of purchase is required to request a cancellation.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
